Certified FertilityCare Practitioner, Admin
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System has been a gift to my marriage and health. We learned to use the system when we were engaged. Being a nurse, I love the science and reliability it offers. It has been enlightening to learn how God designed our bodies to communicate with us, allowing us to participate in our fertility actively.
This system offers hope for couples with infertility. My husband and I have struggled with infertility for most of our marriage. Applying the medical treatment that CrMS offers has allowed us to have a healthy baby boy after 8 years of trying!

Certified FertilityCare Practitioner
I have always wanted to be a practitioner for the Creighton Model FertilityCare System ever since my husband and I chose this method during our marriage preparation process. I absolutely fell in love with how this method strengthened our relationship as a couple and how it allowed me to see the beauty of my own body. The standardization of the Creighton Method gave us great confidence in our ability to plan our family.
My hope is to share this beauty of using a natural method of family planning with couples and to help them gain the confidence and security in planning their family life together!

FertilityCare Practitioner, Intake Coordinator
I began teaching because two priests in our diocese told me about the need for teachers and asked if I would consider going to training. My husband and I prayerfully considered it and I said yes! Now, years later, I have looked back and truly can say it has been one of the most rewarding things in my life. Learning about and teaching one of the best kept secrets of women’s health and fertility has been a joy. The light bulb that goes on in woman and couples as they learn the system is so awesome to watch. The excitement of sharing the joy that comes over them, even when it gets tough at times, is so neat to see. It’s very rewarding to share in the process of discovering underlying causes for infertility or other reproductive health issues and truly feeling like we are helping women and marriages through these difficult times. For my husband and me, we love the 5 children we have been blessed with in our marriage and all that using a natural means of family planning has taught us through the years: respect for one another, communication, self-control, knowledge of my body, deeper trust in one another and faith in God.

Hi! My name is Trisha James. I am excited about all this system has to offer. In addition to teaching Creighton, I work as an RN navigator in the Oncology Clinic at Sanford and have worked in various areas throughout the oncology department for almost 16 years.
My husband Matt and I have been married for 13 years, and we are parents to Isaac (10), Emma (7-1/2), and Shawn (almost 5). Back when we were trained in the use of the system during the months leading up to our wedding, I had felt a tug of wanting to teach this system one day. The internship hasn’t been easy, and I have learned a lot along the way.
I hope that I can be a source of information and hope for anyone wanting to learn the Creighton Model FertilityCare System and am so grateful to be a part of the Bismarck FertilityCare Center!

FertilityCare Practitioner
As a certified women’s health nurse practitioner, I am passionate about caring for women. I chose to become a Creighton Model System Practitioner to educate women about the incredible gift of fertility and promote a fertility-care approach vs a fertility-control approach to family planning and gynecologic care. My husband and I have been blessed with four beautiful children. After thoughtful discernment, I realized this is one way I am able to give back to God the gifts He has so generously given us.
The Creighton Model FertilityCare System is preventative women’s healthcare at its finest. I love educating and empowering women to know their bodies. Women deserve answers and the kind of medical care that gets to the root of the problem. Utilization of charting with the Creighton Model FertilityCare System helps women understand their bodies and gives them leverage to advocate for quality reproductive healthcare.
When I realized there was a way to support women’s health, families, and my Catholic faith, I knew this was the right decision for me!!
