Complete Program: Eight private follow-up classes spread out over 12 months; schedule the first two classes, preferably, the first four at initial sign up. Conducted within the first three-four months. Please allow between 1.0 and 1.5 hours of personal coaching.

The Introductory Session is $40 for a group session. The private Introductory Session is $50.
Fee: Materials: Instruction Manual, General Intake form, and stamps. Virtual classes require additional materials and additional fee for postage and administration.
Fee: Follow-Up classes: There is an additional fee for each private follow-up class. The materials and first three classes are prepaid and scheduled at a mutually agreeable time.
Discount if all eight classes and materials fee paid within the first two months.

St. Peters FertilityCare Services offers Creighton Model Method virtually, in person, or a combination of the two. (Meet in person for two Follow-ups, and others intermittently, virtually.) It is located in St. Charles County, Missouri. *Registration required for the Introductory Session. Then the client has the option to sign up for the program, the eight, private follow-up classes spread out over 12 months.
