Discover CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System (CrMS)
Every woman deserves to understand how her body works, especially her menstrual and fertility cycles. Unfortunately, most women have not been provided this information.
The CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare™ System (CrMS), also referred to as FertilityCare, is a groundbreaking approach centered on the knowledge and understanding of the naturally occurring phases of a woman’s fertility and infertility. Through standardized observations and charting of specific biological markers, CrMS empowers a woman to take charge of her gynecological and reproductive health like never before. It’s about more than just knowing her cycles; it’s about harnessing that information to maintain optimal well-being.
CrMS is a true method of family planning that respects the inherent processes of the body rather than suppressing them. Married couples can use this knowledge to plan their family and build their future together. It offers couples the flexibility to either achieve or avoid pregnancy while fostering mutual responsibility, cooperation, and respect.
NaProTECHNOLOGY® utilizes CrMS as the foundation to help diagnose and treat women’s reproductive disorders. Learn more about NaPro.

Why Choose CrMS
The advantages of the CREIGHTON MODEL FertilityCare System (CrMS) are numerous, including the following:
- Natural: CrMS respects your body’s natural cycles, avoiding artificial hormones or devices.
- Safe: With no medical side effects, CrMS offers peace of mind without compromising health.
- Cost-Effective: Compared to other fertility management options, CrMS is affordable and accessible.
- Highly Effective: CrMS boasts impressive effectiveness rates for both avoiding and achieving pregnancy, giving couples confidence in their family planning journey.
- CrMS is 96.8-99.5% effective for avoiding pregnancy.
- CrMS is up to 98% effective for achieving pregnancy in couples of normal fertility.
- CrMS, in conjunction with NaPro, is up to 80% effective to achieve a pregnancy for couples with infertility.
- Health Monitoring: Beyond fertility, CrMS enables women to monitor and maintain their overall gynecological and reproductive health.
- Shared Method of Fertility Regulation: Perhaps most importantly, CrMS is a shared endeavor between a married couple, fostering intimacy, respect, and understanding within relationships. Rather than treating fertility as a problem to be solved, CrMS celebrates it as a natural, healthy aspect of life.
Another important advantage of CrMS is it is a shared method of fertility regulation. The responsibility for its use is placed equally upon both spouses. To use this system successfully, it is necessary to make accurate observations and to chart them correctly. In addition, one must follow the instructions of the system which depend upon the couple’s decision to either achieve or avoid pregnancy. Also, the couple should be mutually motivated in its use and enter into it with a loving and cooperative spirit.
Unlike contraceptives, CrMS treats fertility as a normal and healthy process. It does not treat fertility as a disease. The challenge to live in harmony with one’s fertility is often one of the most exciting and meaningful aspects in the use of this system. Most couples find that the love and respect each holds for the other grows as their understanding and appreciation of their fertility increases. It is a system that is firmly based in a respect for human life, human dignity, and the integrity of marriage. Indeed, it is the couples who use this system and their families that benefit from this experience.
