Lindy Meyer, CFCP, CFCE
Practitioner & Educator
Lindy Meyer has been teaching the Creighton Model FertilityCare System since 2001. She is a Certified FertilityCare Practitioner and Educator and serves as the Program Director of the Salina Diocese FertilityCare Practitioner Education Program for training new FertilityCare Practitioners. Lindy provides FertilityCare instruction in Concordia and the surrounding communities as well as virtually for long-distance clients. In addition to providing instruction, she is available to speak to parish and school groups on FertilityCare, Theology of the Body, and related topics. Lindy and her husband Tony are blessed with seven children and a growing family through marriage and grandchildren.
Samantha Baker, FCP
Practitioner
Samantha completed her exams for the Creighton Model in 2017. She lives in Ellis with her husband, Nathan, and their children. Life is amazingly crazy with a big family! God has blessed her with the ability to stay home with them and teach the Creighton Model long distance. She offers six group Introductory Sessions a year. Follow-ups are all long distance. She also helps her husband in conducting his business, Plumb Simple, by bookkeeping and answering the phone.
Mika Bolton, FCPI

Mika Bolton is from Ellsworth, KS. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts degree with Music emphasis. Mika and her husband, Tanner, live in Manhattan with their two children. They are parishioners at St. Thomas More where Mika also works as the Parish Secretary/Director of Communications. Mika is passionate about women’s health, supporting families, and teaching women and couples about the beauty and power of their fertility.
Amber Davis, FCPI

Amber Davis works as the Evangelization Coordinator for St. Francis Xavier Parish in Junction City. She earned her Bachelor in Health and Human Performance with a Minor in Gerontology from Ft. Hays State University. In addition to her role in the parish, Amber also teaches 7-8th grade religion at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School. Amber and her husband, Jacob, reside in White City, KS with their three children. With a passion for evangelization, Amber is excited to share the good news of FertilityCare with women and couples.
Cathy Eftink, FCPI
Practitioner Intern
Cathy Eftink obtained her Bachelor of Art in History from the University of Missouri. Currently, she resides in rural Goodland and provides FertilityCare instruction to Goodland and the surrounding area. She is a full-time farm wife and mother of three.
Lori Harlan, FCP
Practitioner
Lori Harlan is a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner serving Manhattan and the surrounding area. Lori has a Master’s Degree in Family Education and Consultation and her area of study was adolescent sexuality. Lori and her husband Bill are members of Seven Dolors Parish in Manhattan where they live with their daughter Bridget. Lori is especially passionate about helping couples overcome infertility through the use of the Creighton Model. Lori is also available to give presentations and teach classes to all ages about the Catholic view of human sexuality.
Samantha Hicks, FCPI

Samantha Hicks holds a Master of Educational Leadership degree from the University of Colorado. She teaches K-12 music and 6th grade science at St. John’s Catholic School in Beloit, KS. Although she is a Colorado native, Samantha enjoys life in Kansas with her four children. She has a heart for teaching and serving others and is passionate about sharing how FertilityCare has been helpful to her with many others.
Megan Lyon, RN, BSN, FCP
Practitioner
Megan Lyon completed her FertilityCare education program in May 2020. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Wichita State University. Currently she resides in Aurora, Kansas and is a parishioner of St. Peter Parish. She provides FertilityCare instruction in the communities of Clyde, Clifton, Aurora, and in the surrounding North Central Kansas area.
Breanna McLemore, RN, BSN, FCP

Breanna McLemore, RN, BSN, FCP graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and currently works as a registered nurse at Citizen’s Medical Center in Colby, KS. She has been teaching FertilityCare since 2015. Having a passion for ministry, Breanna worked as a campus minister at St. Isidore’s Catholic Student Center in Manhattan, KS. There, she gained experience teaching classes to college students on St. John Paul II’s Love & Responsibility and Theology of the Body. Breanna is especially passionate about teaching young women and couples how their bodies really work regarding fertility! She also loves the women’s health side of the system and is passionate about helping women receive treatment for issues such as PMS, PCOS, infertility, etc. She lives with her husband, Brandon and their two children and serves clients of Northwest Kansas as well as long-distance.
Laura Meyer, FCPI

Laura Meyer grew up in Concordia, KS, currently lives in Salina, and teaches at St. Mary’s Grade School. She graduated from Benedictine College with a degree in Elementary Education. Laura has served the Diocese of Salina as a Junior CYO Camp Counselor, Totus Tuus team Member, and Prayer & Action team member. In addition to teaching at St. Mary’s Grade School, she also serves as a parish Catechist. Having benefited from FertilityCare and NaProTECHNOLOGY, she is passionate about helping young women appreciate, understand, and care for their fertility and health.
Maria Rapp, FCP
Practitioner
Dr. Maria Rapp is a chiropractor in Salina with her husband Dr. Jeffrey Rapp. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa in 1993. She trained to teach the Bradley Method of Husband-Coached Childbirth in 1996. Her practice has always been focused on pregnant women and babies, and this prompted her to earn certification in acupuncture to help with many conditions, fertility issues being one of them. Maria serves Salina and the surrounding area. Maria and Jeff have two children, Brandon and Haley.
Tina Schrick, RN, BSN, FCP
Practitioner
Tina Schrick has been teaching the Creighton Model FertilityCare system since 1988. She is one of three practitioners serving the nine counties of Northwest Kansas. After graduating with a degree in Nursing from Washburn University, Tina’s career focused on pediatrics and women’s health. In addition, she served a lengthy tenure teaching nursing with Colby Community College. These experiences have translated to her work as a Creighton Model Practitioner, where her caseload focuses on engaged couples and couples with infertility. Tina, along with her husband, Deacon Tom Schrick, serve their parish, Sacred Heart Colby, as facilitators of the “God’s Plan for a Joy-Filled Marriage” program. Their son, Paul, and wife, Torie, have blessed them with four grandchildren.
Pamela Schroeder, RN, FCP

Pamela Schroeder grew up in Hanover and graduated with a nursing degree from Benedictine College in 2019. She began her professional career as a Registered Nurse in Salina, and since 2021 she has worked in Colby, where she currently resides with her husband Bob.
Julia Diaz, FCPI
Practitioner Intern
Julia Diaz graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Fort Hays State University and currently works as an accountant in the Manhattan, KS area. Having a passion for helping others, Julia spent years as a tutor and mentor for student-athletes at Kansas State University. There, she gained valuable teaching experience and a thing or two about college sports. Julia is especially passionate about teaching young women and couples that fertility is a gift, not a side effect or symptom that needs to be treated! Given years of personal experience with the Creighton Model FertilityCare System, she is passionate about helping women with health issues such as endometriosis, PCOS, infertility, etc. She lives in Salina with her husband, Ector.
Amy Hogan, MD, CFCMC
Medical Consultant
Dr. Hogan is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine. She trained at Via Christi Family Medicine Residency in Wichita, KS. During that time, she also became a Creighton Model FertilityCare Medical Consultant. Dr. Hogan uses the Creighton Model FertilityCare System to aid in diagnosis and treatment of infertility as well as common medical problems of the female cycle.
Monica Bachamp, DO, NFPMC
Medical Consultant
Dr. Bachamp is a graduate from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. As a Natural Family Planning Medical Consultant, she uses the Creighton Model FertilityCare System to aid in diagnosis and treatment of women’s reproductive and gynecological health.
