Lexie completed the internship phase of the Practitioner Program through the Saint Pope Paul Institute, located in Omaha, Nebraska, August 2021. Lexie, her husband, and 1 child moved to Hartwell, GA from northwest Iowa in 2019. Lexie graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and from Kent State University with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. While volunteering for Guiding Star Orange City, she learned the Creighton Model System could be used to treat some of her PMS symptoms. In her free time, Lexie likes to ride horses, scuba dive, and Geocache.
Janelle Florendo, CFCP

Janelle is a Filipino-American who used to be a foreign OBGYN turned into a FertilityCare Practitioner in Summerville, SC. She admits to not having any idea of modern NFP methods before she saw a bulletin ad for training in the Creighton Model FertilityCare System; since then she’s been passionate in educating and supporting women in their fertility journey. As a bonus, she discovered the reason for her secondary infertility through NaProTECHNOLOGY and was blessed to have another baby. If not teaching, she’s busy promoting fertility appreciation and education as the NFP Coordinator of the Diocese of Charleston, SC.

My husband Thomas and I have been married 40 years and have used FertilityCare our entire married life. We have seven beautiful children and three grandchildren. I have been a practitioner for 33 years and continue to work with women and couples teaching them the method in the Charleston, SC area.
Hope Acquilano, FCP

Hope became familiar with the Creighton Model System before getting married in 2015. A few years later, she completed the course and became a practitioner in 2018. Hope has enjoyed helping individuals and couples learn the method in order to plan their families as well as monitor and maintain their reproductive health. She lives in South Carolina with her husband and three children and enjoys being a stay at home mom, homeschool educator, and artist.

Sally Zaleski is a Certified Creighton Model FertilityCare™ Practitioner, introduced to the system in 2006 and certified in 2014 through the Saint Paul VI Institute. She served as Vice President for Planning and Development with the AAFCP in 2022. Sally moved to Orangeburg, SC, in 2010 after meeting her husband on CatholicMatch. She works as the Executive Office Manager for South Carolina Citizens for Life and sees her work not as a job but as a vocation. Sally and her husband Gene are active in St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Columbia, SC, where they facilitate marriage prep, and she enjoys reading, mountain vacations, and singing.

Bernadette is a Physician Assistant with a special interest in providing restorative reproductive care to women of all ages. Inspired by her own medical treatment as a NaPro patient, Bernadette received her training as a NaProTECHNOLOGY Medical Consultant and Creighton Model FertilityCare System Practitioner through the Saint Paul VI Institute. Meeting with her patients and helping them discover the beauty of their fertility as well as finding the root cause for many couples experiencing infertility is one of her passions. I am a Registered Nurse since 1974 & completed my training as a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner in 1997 with the Pope Paul VI institute. I have maintained certification since that time and served as VP of Planning & Development of the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals (AAFCP) from 2005-2008 & site host of the AAFCP in Greenville, SC in 2010. I have attended 21 annual meetings to date and enjoy learning new information. I completed the Educator training for training other CrMS Practitioners in 2007 & have continued to be certified as an Educator & Program Director for the certified CrMS Education program. I have directed 8 education programs with the Diocese of Charleston. I have a passion for teaching clients & couples to learn & understand the biomarkers of their fertility and the connection to their overall health.

I have a doctorate in toxicology and have over 15 years experience in oncology clinical research, quality and drug development in the hospital and healthcare industry. I’ve held positions at Bon Secours/St. Francis, Prisma Health and Mount Sinai Health System.

I was first introduced to Creighton two months before my wedding in 2015. My husband and I have used Creighton to conceive our three beautiful children and space pregnancies throughout our marriage. I became a FertilityCare Practitioner in 2021 in order to help other couples and encourage others to follow NFP. I am a parishioner at Our Lady of the Rosary in Greenville, and I am available for virtual instruction.

She is bilingual so she accepts Spanish speaking clients and offers the program fully in Spanish.
